We have developed and designed and manufactured equipment molds to realize the hydroforming process with small diameter pipes that has allowed small tubing solutions as never before offered.
Compact hydroforming equipment developed by Busyu exclusively for small diameter pipes has succeeded in realizing downsizing of facilities as well as faster processing time than conventional equipment.
Moreover, due to the fact that it became faster and smaller, processing cost accompanying the facility can be reduced to a lower cost compared to conventional machines.
When our hydroforming process is adopted, it is possible to integrate pars and to produce a supply of products with stable quality.
